Summary

In my first job as a Clerk, straight out of high school in the 1980s, I automated the printing of personnel evaluation forms from the HR database to avoid the long and tedious job of doing it on an electronic typewriter. From that time on I have used my natural affinity with data to extract maximum value from it. The necessity to extract data from many sources gave me the skills to build data warehouses. Understanding data allowed me to present it in way that makes sense to others. And the desire for continuous challenge has honed my ability to manage and utilise very large data sets.
