Or are they just over-hyped like the Segway several years ago?
Many German cities are banning cars from their streets.
Cars often need to drive around those streets, stand in traffic jams, and do a lot longer distances to reach the same point, meaning higher CO2 emissions. Is this logical ?
On the other hand, sometimes people that bought a diesel several years ago and that live in those streets, can not drive there anymore.
Is this fair and should this not only be for new cars ?
